How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@checkoutshop.online within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

Conditions

  • Item must be returned in its original unopened packaging
  • Refunds are only applicable to unused, sealed products
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done.
